• 遇到问题或有建议? 请电邮联系,我们会尽快回复。
• 数据不准? 泳池人流/状态由康文署官网每数分钟更新一次,本应用如实呈现;偶有延迟或差异属正常。
• 通知收不到? 请在系统「设置 → 通知」中确认已允许本应用发送通知,并在 app 内订阅相关泳池。

港泳通 (SwimHK) shows live crowd levels and open/closed status for Hong Kong public swimming pools. Data is sourced from LCSD's public website, for reference only; please refer to official notices for actual conditions.

• Issues or suggestions? Please email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
• Data looks off? Crowd/status comes from the LCSD website (refreshed every few minutes) and is shown as-is; minor delays or differences are normal.
• Not getting notifications? Make sure notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings, and that you've subscribed to a pool in-app.
